    Celebrating Fall with Music! The Annual Fall Music Festival, December 1-6, 2009 Philadelphia, PA- The Antoinette Westphal College of Media Arts and Design and the Department of Performing Arts proudly presents its Annual Fall Music Festival, running this year from December 1st through the 6th. This joyous weeklong celebration of music begins on Tuesday, December 1st with the Guitar & Fusion Ensembles, and concludes on Sunday, December 6th with a rousing performance by Drexel University’s Concert Band. A wide variety of musical forms, composers and themes are featured and explored during this years’ festival-including, music for Christmas and Chanukah, the University Chorus singing Ralph Vaughan Williams’s “Dona Nobis Pacem”, the music of Charles Mingus, Herbie Hancock and Chick Corea, and a variety of samplings from Mozart and Bach. This annual celebration has become a Drexel favorite, and all performances are free and open to the public.
