“The Art of Recovery” is an art exhibit featuring more than 50 original works of art created by current and past patients of the Renfrew Center, the nation’s first and largest network of eating disorder treatment facilities, as part of its art therapy program. The center frequently uses art as part of a comprehensive eating disorder treatment program because it offers patients a way to give voice to their innermost thoughts and feelings in a safe, creative way. Works included in the exhibit are from various mediums, each depicting a different aspect of the recovery process.
