    Nicolas Stettler, an associate professor of pediatrics and epidemiology at Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia, explains obesity in a way that teens can understand. This book addresses the causes, symptoms and illnesses related to obesity and provides tips and resources for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
