Comic Energy sketch comedy has been a Philadelphia staple for the past 10 years and brings their all out comedic show to Karma NightClub on Saturday night November 21st. Featuring an extremely talented cast, an array of hilarious sketches and characters combined with live music. The troupe has been recently compared to the 'old SNL' providing sketches that are not only smart but exhibit attitude and characters that have been putting audience members on the seat of their pants for years. This performance introduces the Timpsons, an older swinging couple who fail although without their best efforts in an attempt to engage in their own private sexual fantasies. Billy, a Comic Energy favorite visits the Lucas Ranch and attempts to persuade George Lucas into making a new Star Wars movie. We get a look at what Yoda and Darth Vadar have been up to since the completion of the series. There are 10 other sketches that the troupe would like to keep secret, but when talking to producer James Daly I am sure we are all in for a very entertaining ride. The cast of Comic Energy includes Daly, the highly energetic Walter Threadgill, Frank Fral a veteran of the group, Patrick Reber, Dennis Mahoney, Mary Sack, and Gia Seta.
