    Level: Intermediate/Advanced. Celia Reisman holds a BFA from Carnegie Mellon and an MFA from Yale University. She is an accomplished artist represented by Gross McCleaf in Philadelphia, and her evocative landscapes have been featured in exhibitions throughout the United States. She has taught classes at Swarthmore College, Trinity College, Temple University among others. Her work is included in many permanent collections including Arcadia College, CIGNA, DuPont, the State Museum of Pennsylvania and the James A. Michener Art Museum. Celia works in oil and gouache. For more information about this artist please visit www.grossmccleaf.com. The emphasis of the workshop will be on learning the properties of gouache, ways to use the medium, and color relationships. There will be a demonstration, followed by participants painting from direct observation or a self-constructed idea. Please contact the office for a materials list. Bring a lunch.
