    A young escaped slave enjoys life in Gettysburg, but his ideas about the North and South, as well as what it means to be free, changes when he befriends a young Confederate soldier. Of different races and on different sides of the Civil War, they teach each other about bravery and loyalty in this exciting, suspenseful musical.
