    The 9th Street Italian Market Businessmen’s Association invites the whole family (pets included!) to celebrate Halloween on Saturday, October 31st at the piazza located on the corner of 9th Street and Montrose Street in the Italian Market.  Pumpkin decorating for kids 12 and under. Fleisher Art Memorial students and staff will have decked-out pumpkins on display and will be on-hand to assist and provide live demonstrations (11 am -5 pm). Every participant will also receive a special treat. Pet parade and costume contest, with judging and prizes by Paws in the City (905 S. 9th Street). Parade and judging to begin at 1 pm in the piazza. Moms and Dads are sure to find their own treats from among the more than 60 Italian Market retailers and restaurants.
