Peter Pan
December 2, 2009-January 31, 2010
Ever since J.M. Barrie's story first appeared in 1904, countless versions have been produced on stage and in film. Now, Arden Children's Theatre presents a brand-new adaptation; one that celebrates the joy of storytelling and the power of imagination.
Join eternally young Peter on his adventure to Neverland, a magical island where there are no parents, no rules, and fairies and pirates rule! Introduce your children and grandchildren to the characters you loved from J.M. Barrie's timeless masterpiece: sweet Wendy Darling, jealous Tinker Bell, the vengeful Captain Hook, a horde of mischievous Lost Boys, lovable Nana the dog, and – last but not least – a very hungry, ticking crocodile.

This is not a children's show. We paid $150 to watch all the children in the audience whinning,"I don't get it." When we asked for our money back at intermission, we were told,"Yes, we've received tons of complaints but we can't give your money back. We used to think the Arden Children's theatre had children's best interests at heart. No more. This was totally bizarre, as if the director never stopped for a moment to consider what real children might enjoy. The kids, both younger and older, were totally lost. I want my money back due to false advertising. Collapse
