    A health and fitness expo like you have never seen! Everything health, fitness and fun you can imagine! This is a totally interactive event so come dressed to try workouts. Have a massage and try some destressing treatments, get a beauty make-over and enjoy tons of live entertainment! There will be kid-friendly bounce/rock walls, workouts, events and games. A really fun day out and great for singles too!
