Everything The Traffic Will Allow: The Songs and Sass of Ethel Merman
December 5, 2009
Help kick off an ongoing cabaret series at the Gershman Y with Klea Blackhurst's Everything the Traffic Will Allow: The Songs and Sass of Ethel Merman. Celebrating the contributions of Jewish American songwriters such as Stephen Sondheim, Jerry Herman, and Irving Berlin, as well as the career of Merman herself, Blackhurst's show, which has played to sell-out crowds around the country, is not to be missed.
