    The school's signature event is taking place in Ft. Washington! Tonight, one of the school's top instructors - Brian Freedman - will be smacking down with Tom Pittakas, Beverage Director at Alison Two restaurant. Tom runs one of the most interesting and extensive drink programs in the region, so tonight promises to be a showdown for the ages. Tom will be pairing cocktails with the food while Brian will be pairing wines. A great night out! Class held at Alison Two Restaurant, Ft. Washington, PA.
