In honor of 35 amazing years in Old City, The Clay Studio is planning a community wide birthday celebration. On Saturday, October 10th from 6-10 pm, the studio is inviting one and all to come for an insider’s view of the workings of this incredible institution. The studio plans to open all 4 floors, tent off the parking lot and celebrate its roots with friends, family and neighbors. The $35 ticket (in honor of 35 years) covers live music, handcrafted beer, BBQ, dancing, sneak peeks of artists in action, live wheel-throwing demonstrations, raffle and a silent auction featuring the work of the Studio’s many talented artists. All proceeds benefit The Clay Studio’s artist residencies, exhibitions, educational programs, and the award-winning Claymobile Outreach Program.
