    Straight from the jazzy musical genius of Cy Coleman and the reigning master of urban mischief, Neil Simon, that sweet and sassy dance hall hostess, Charity Hope Valentine, springs back to giddy, gullible life, alive and well , fresh as a trampled Central Park daisy looking for love among the denizens of New York's legendary Times Square in the 60’s.
