    In this third of the Mural Arts Program's 25th Anniversary speakers series, Philadelphia native Steve Powers will discuss his journey as graffiti writer, publisher, Fullbright Scholar, and studio artist, and his recent “Love Letter” project with the Mural Arts Program.
