Philadelphia women, get ready for fun and exercise! This class is ideal for everyone from novice to weekend heroin! This pole dancing class begins with a warm up specifically designed for the muscles used in class; consisting of stretching, crunches, and push ups. Then you'll work on hip movement and "booty popping"! The warm up is fast paced and formatted so that you barely feel like you're working out. Once you are properly warmed up, it's off to the poles! You will learn at least one pole trick this lesson spending supervised time on the pole, with some time on the second pole to practice when time allows. Individual attention is given to ensure you are doing it properly and to avoid injuries. At the end of class, each "Diva" is given time to show off their new moves, and you'll get to experience the applause from your supportive fellow students! This is one fun class that Philly single women love! Details subject to change without notice.
