Singles Intro To Thai Boxing - Great Workout

Join Meet Market Adventures for a fun and interactive evening of Thai Boxing. You will learn how to punch, use elbows, knees and kick some butt Thai Style. Rated as one of the best forms of aerobic and anaerobic exercise, Thai boxing is one of the most intense full body workouts. Participants will experience an "out of the box" boxer's workout, including: warm up, footwork, techniques of throwing kicks and punches and partner work using Thai pads and punch mitts. Don't worry, this type of physical training is for beginners to intermediate. So wrap up those hands, slip on the boxing gloves, aim for that spot on the heavy bag and punch! Classes are fun and there is a definite sense of camaraderie that develops between class members and the instructors.
