    Art-Reach and the Philadelphia Mural Arts Program are partnering to offer an American Sign Language (ASL)-interpreted mural tour. Celebrate Disability Awareness Month and Mural Arts Month on Sunday, October 18th. Expert mural tour guide (and Art-Reach board member) Maureen Zug and a pair of registered ASL interpreters will take you on a two-hour tour of spectacular Philadelphia murals painted by nationally renowned artists, including the Independence Starts Here mural celebrating people with disabilities.
