    Legal Name Change 101 Learn the essentials for obtaining a legal name change in Pennsylvania, as well as the processes by which you can request that changes be made to your birth certificate, Driver’s License, social security card, and passport. This course will cover not only name change but also how to request a change to your gender on these documents as well. This course is presented in partnership with Equality Advocates Pennsylvania, the only organization in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania offering direct legal services for the LGBT community.
