Way Gay U: Introduction to Photoshop

Introduction to Photoshop Introduction to the toolbar, palettes, workspace, importing images and saving photos for different applications. Learn some of the basics in Photoshop for cropping, sizing, selection criteria, balancing/correcting color and light, modifying prints, touchups, layers, creating composites, red-eye correction, over- and under-exposed compensation and other beginner’s topics. Required equipment: Thumb drive or other memory device to save class work and bring in images shot by student to get additional specific tips. Instructor Scott A. Drake has a Bachelor's of Science of Photography and is the lead photographer for the Philadelphia Gay News.
