Create the life that you want. And if you’re not sure what that is, this is for you, too! Many of the ways we think and act – and even some of our goals and dreams – we inherit from our families. As we enter adulthood, consciously exploring these ways of thinking and acting can help us set incredibly more effective behaviors, as well as get closer to a sense of fulfillment of life purpose, authentic relationships with others, and creating a joyful life. Through this workshop, you’ll explore and release old ways of thinking, feeling, and acting and create new ways. You’ll set intentions for major areas of your life (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual) and begin work towards them with a supportive community of others also consciously changing their lives.  You can create the life you desire, it just takes practice, consistency, and support from others. Get started! Instructor Bob Pileggi has worked with LGBT/HIV/AIDs civil rights for over 12 years and is also an interfaith minister. Bob produces and facilitates workshops, retreats, and individual healing sessions with life coaching, spiritual counseling, and body, energy, and breath work.
