Way Gay U: Healthy Meal Making for Long Distance Running

Healthy Meal Making for Long Distance Running This course will focus on creating healthy meals focusing on the importance of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins and their respective roles in losing weight and gaining lean muscle mass to help you run. This course will provide you with both a nutritional and running schedule to follow in order to best complete your long distance races. Pearlette Toussant has participated in various local and national runs including the Philadelphia Marathon, the Broad Street Run, and the Philadelphia Distance Run and is certified as a nutritionist through the International Sports Sciences Association.
