The Center for Architecture's (CFA) Architecture in Education (AIE) workshop series provides young people a hands-on introduction to the creative profession of architecture! Structures: This workshop will give insight into the essential principles of building construction. By using simple materials such as popsicle sticks, toothpicks & marshmallows, kids will explore the basic laws of physics that help buildings stand up. Sustainable design elements will also be introduced in this class.
