This is a film exploration of Persia, the exotic land of flying carpets and Arabian nights, and also of Iran, as it is now called, a modern country of 69 million people. Through Buddy Hatton’s expert cinematography you'll explore bustling bazaars, admire complex ornamentation of mosques and palaces, discover formidable archaeological sites, enjoy the quiet contemplation of a Persian garden, drive through imposing desert ruins, search for the famous Iranian caviar, and converse with the real people who call this complex and fascinating place home. What a unique experience!
