    "Allies at Work" is a guide to create cultural change in the workplace, developing environments that fully include everyone. Author and workplace productivity consultant David Hall utilizes the personal struggles and challenges of members of the LGBT community to underscore the need for creating a work environment in which everyone can be out and equal.
