    Possibly the most important two hours a wine lover can spend, the premise of this class is to introduce students to the essential building blocks of wine knowledge. In a laid back atmosphere - and wine on the table - the instructors will have you swirling, sniffing, sipping, and understanding wine in a few hours time. This is one of the school's most popular classes and a must for the budding wine enthusiast.
