Join Meet Market Adventures and other Single Food Lovers as you explore the basics of Asian Cuisine. You will break into groups for a cooking class with the “unofficial Mayor of Chinatown” – Chef Joe Poon. His warmth and exuberance have earned him appearances on “The Tonight Show” with Jay Leno, “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” and TV Food Network’s “The Best of…” You hands-on cooking class menu includes Asian Tapas Dim Sum. After your cooking class we’ll enjoy dinner together at Chef Poon’s newest restaurant in Old City, Philadelphia. The perfect setting - Cobblestone streets, horse drawn carriages and Penn’s Landing nearby. Be the hit at your next dinner party! Price includes interactive lesson, dinner, dessert, staff, taxes and gratuity. Be sure to bring along wine to accompany this wonderful meal!
