Hailing from East Africa, Samba Mapangala mesmerizes audiences with his astounding voice and innovative music, which features Congolese rumba and soukos mixed with earthy Kenyan styles. Sung in the Congolese Lingala and Kenyan Swahili languages, his live shows feature complex guitar lines, rapid-fire bass, and light, fast-paced percussion.
