TOURS

Twilight Tours
June 3-August 26, 2009
Visitors always want to explore Eastern State Penitentiary at night. Summer gives them their chance, as the abandoned prison remains open until 8 pm on Wednesday evenings in June, July, and August.
Tours include the cellblocks, solitary punishment cells, Al Capone's Cell, and Death Row. The restored synagogue and exhibit on Jewish life will also be open during Twilight Tours. Admission includes the Voices of Eastern State audio tour narrated by actor Steve Buscemi. A critically-acclaimed series of art installations is also included with admission.
