Pay tribute to Philadelphia's heroes at the Badges of Honor 5K Run.  The inaugural event starts at the Sports Complex in South Philadelphia and runs through FDR Park. Friends and families are invited to come down and cheer on the runners with a special cheering section including the Philadelphia Eagles mascot, Swoop, Eagles Cheerleaders and the Phillies Ball Girls, and enjoy a festival on Citizen Bank Way until noon.

Proceeds from the event help defray the cost when one of Philadelphia’s champions from the police, fire department, or prison system falls in the line of duty.
