CLASSES & WORKSHOPS

Survivorman
July 12, 2009
No food, no shelter, no fresh water, and limited tools. In this hands-on program, naturalist Nick Zurga will demonstrate how to find food, water, and the materials to make fire and shelter. Participants will assist in making a primitive shelter, making a fire using a fire-steel and a bow drill, and making cordage from natural plant fibers.
