For the Thrill of It is a study of the infamous 1924 murder by Nathan Leopold and Richard Loeb of a fourteen-year old schoolboy, committed solely to experience the sensation of killing another human being. Dr. Baatz brings to life the major characters, depicting not only Leopold and Loeb, but the judges and lawyers involved in the case.
