CPC Designs debuts their Spring 2013 line at The Children's Boutique, 1702 Walnut Street, Philadelphia! The complete collection will be at the store from Thursday, 1/10 through Thursday 1/17. CPC Designs creates fine clothing for children ages 3 months to 12 years and is proudly made in Philadelphia.
