Join us for a mural dedication at APM (Asociación Puertorriqueños en Marcha / Association of Puerto Ricans on the March. The mural, entitled It has to be from here, forgotten but unshaken... represents a partnership between Mural Arts, APM, and the Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual DisAbility Services.

The dedication will be an opportunity to honor and celebrate the creativity and effort put forth by Porch Light program participants, artist Betsy Casañas, and the community at and around APM who supported the work. We will have a small speaking component and other festivities to compliment the event. The mural is a part of the City of Philadelphia Mural Arts Program's Porch Light Initiative - an initiative striving to improve the health of individuals and communities through human connection and art.
