From challah and bagels to bialys and mandelbread, these classic Jewish baked goods tell the story of Eastern European Jewry. Baker Stanley Ginsberg takes audiences on a tour of these delicacies to explain where they came from and why it's important to preserve these foods for a new generation. A program for all the senses, we'll nosh on baked goods from Philadelphia's own Spread Bakery while Ginsberg demonstrates hands-on challah braiding.

This program is part of WHAT IS YOUR FOOD WORTH?
