Autumn Painting En Plein Air

Like the impressionist painters of the 19th century, we will step into nature’s majesty and paint outdoors. We will first examine the work of various artists for ideas and inspiration. Then each participant will be encouraged to follow his or her own individual expression. The Morris Arboretum provides the ultimate setting for capturing the beauty of the outdoors. We will use acrylic paint, a quick drying medium, to capture this moment and complete our vision on location in one session. Dress appropriately for the weather and to paint.
