    Class description: Contemporary Dance Class

Learn to dance with raw aggression. We will explore stability in staccato movement, challenge you mentally and physically with quick, articulate movement, and develop performance quality. This class focuses on pushing you to your physical limits while understanding one's alignment and grounding. Each week, challenging choreography will be taught that forces students to exude power in movement and character performance.
