Second Fridays on Lancaster Avenue includes everything from visual art displays and live music to shopping. The event fosters a great sense of community in the neighborhood giving local talent an opportunity to showcase their talent and benefit local businesses by increasing foot traffic along the Avenue.
This upcoming Second Friday, August 10th, we encourage you to come out and play! Live Music at Make Your Mark building on 3861 Lancaster Avenue featuring Quags, IHateMyDad(PA) and Michelle Krichilsky. Snacks provided! BYOB and enjoy the music!
Drexel Graduate Emily Olson's senior thesis on Budd Street will also on display at 4017 Flying Kite Gallery - Snacks provided! Free wine! In addition to art and music, business owners will display their merchandise out on the sidewalk from 5PM-8PM.
Other events include Summer Garden Series at CEC on 35th and Lancaster. Stop by for Poetry and open mic performances
Food trucks/street vendors. The fun starts on 34th!
