Philly's own Iron Chef Jose Garces will be signing copies of his brand new cookbook, The Latin Road Home: Savoring the Foods of Ecuador, Spain, Cuba, Mexico, and Peru. Chef Garces owns and operates fifteen restaurants in five cities, including local favorites such as Amada, Tinto, Village Whiskey and Distrito.
