Opening Our Eyes with Gail Mooney :

Summer of 2010 saw mother/daughter filmmakers Gail Mooney and Erin Kelly embarking on a 99-day journey around the globe, searching for ordinary people who are following their own dreams and ambitions and reaching extraordinary feats. The resulting documentary follows the stories of eleven of these individuals – all making a positive impact on the world.

GEOfeast (Optional): Global tastes from Catering by Design at 6:00 PM.

This event is part of the 2nd Annual GEOfest, a film and food festival featuring renowned explorers and travelers, running November 7th through 10th in various locations throughout Philadelphia and the Mainline.

    ABus2Antarctica: "Digital Nomad" Andrew Evans:

Andrew Evans set out to embark on a 10,000 mile trek from Washington D.C. to Antarctica, carrying only a backpack and a camera. With his forehead pasted to bus windows, he made a minute-to-minute humorous and poignant account of his excursion to his legions of social media followers. Meet Andrew and enjoy delicious fare - churrasco, grilled red chimichurri chicken, queso fresco salad, mini baked 'Antarcticas and more (yum!) - from some of his stops.

GEOfeast: Sit-down dinner by Catering by Design; take your taste buds on Andrew's journey with culinary delights from some of his travel stops (included).
