Family Yoga in Sister Cities Park

What better way for you and your child to enjoy the benefits of yoga than in an outdoor setting? Each yoga session is led by a trained yoga instructor and designed to be interactive, with yoga games, songs, stories and magical meditations. Classes are designed for one parent/caregiver and one child ages 2 to 5.
Classes will be held on the grass. Please bring your own yoga mat.
Fee charged. Registration required. To register, click on the Official Website or Buy Tickets links.
Walk ups are welcome. For day of registration, visit the Sister Cities Visitor Center.
Classes are weather permitting. For class cancellations, signup for our twitter feed @CCDParks or visit SisterCitiesPark.org.
