Join Meredith Maciolek of Philadelphia Distilling and Bluecoat American Dry Gin for a class devoted to the botanicals found in their superb gin. While learning about the history of gin and how it is made, Meredith will compare the dried botanicals to the fresh and show how they work together to make the gin the refreshing liquor that it is. Of course while we are learning, we will be sampling! Snacks will also be served to go along with the beverages. Limited to 24.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds for classes will only be available if notice is given 10 business days before the class. The Scott Arboretum retains the right to cancel any program due to lack of enrollment or unforeseen problems in which case a refund wil be issue.
