Cardio Kickboxing

Kickboxing blends athletic drills with martial arts to create an intense cardiovascular workout. You can burn as many as 500 calories in a one-hour class and achieve a total body workout. This total-body workout can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination and balance. This class can be a great alternative for people who have become bored with weight room cardiovascular activities while providing an option for people who enjoy the dance movements found in aerobics classes.
