    The annual Tri-State Jazz Society Jam Session will give guest musicians an opportunity to jam with members of their core band. The program will feature familiar Dixieland tunes led by clarinetist Jerry Rife. Dr. Jerry Rife is well-known by most regular Tri-State Jazz Society attendees as the the leader of the famed Rhythm Kings. Dr. Rife teaches at Rider University and at Westminster Choir College. He directs the band at Rider and has been the conductor and musical director of the 70-member Blawenburg Band since 1985. The core band will also feature Randy Reinhart (trumpet), Pat Mercuri (banjo/guitar), Brian Nalepka (bass/tuba), and Audrey Puzyr-Spies (drums).
