In 1972 Rex Fowler & Neal Shulman burst on the scene with their Elektra Records debut and quickly became renowned for bringing the folk-rock music of the 1960s into the 70s and beyond. Their subsequent albums on RCA Records were staples of progressive FM and college radio, and ever since then they have spent a lifetime making music together as the iconic folk-rock duo Aztec Two-Step. As one of acoustic music's most respected and enduring acts, they continue to impress with intelligent songwriting, dazzling lead guitar, and inspiring harmonies.

The band has often been reviewed as having the intellectual lyricism and ethereal harmonies of their legendary predecessors, Simon & Garfunkel. While the duo possess a rich musical legacy of their own, it only makes sense that they would choose to interpret and perform the timeless songs of Paul & Artie. Celebrating their 40th Anniversary, the band will perform their version of the Simon & Garfunkel Songbook as well as many fan favorites.
