The John Byrne Band is led by former Patrick's Head frontman and Dublin native John Byrne. With influences ranging from The Chieftains to Planxty to Bob Dylan, Byrne's songwriting honors and expands upon the musical and lyrical traditions of his native and adopted homes. He has toured with and opened up for acts as diverse as The Greencards, The Motels, Patti Smyth, Murder by Death and Enter the Haggis and has also been frequently featured on WXPN, & NBC 10.
A gifted musician with an extraordinary soprano voice, Jennifer Evans has been performing on the folk circuit for years. She is known for her intricate guitar playing, original works, and breathtaking renditions of songs by Hank Williams, Joni Mitchell, Gillian Welch & Mark Knopfler.
