    Above and Beyond Fitness proudly presents the ABF 10k Mud Run.  This run will challenge your skill and push you to the limit beyond your comfort zone! Why? For an experience that makes you say “I can not believe I just completed that!" ABF will leave you knowing that you just accomplish one of the most challenging obstacles courses out there. 6.4 miles of wooded trails, swamps, and lakes! It will include 25 Military style obstacles and 8 water obstacles in which you will be challenged to stay out of the water! Built by a true Marine.
