Stitch and Surface Workshop
August 6-August 10, 2012

In this week-long intensive course, students will stretch their vocabulary of embroidery stitches and experiment with rubbings and solar prints on fabric. The theme will be "in memory," inspired by traditional and contemporary memorial embroidery. Past Stitch and Surface students are invited to return for a new adventure in fiber, and those who wish to work independently are welcome.
Class size limited to 12 students.
