Photographer Cindi Sathra of Upper Black Eddy captures the visual poetry of everyday encounters and experiences. Focusing beyond the quintessential ‘covered bridge’, Cindi centers on both the unseen and off the beaten track. This perspective comes from an understanding of Bucks County that can only come from a life spent here. She has been taking photographs for over 37 years, starting in digital about 3 years ago. Photographing nature is her passion, as she captures everyday beauty with unusual perspective. The clouds as they transform the sky, as cars line cold concrete on daily commutes. A horse looking over his shoulder, unnoticed in a field. With uncommon depth, Cindi captures this startling beauty, inviting viewers to experience her own Bucks County. In doing so, she provides world-class impressions of a Bucks County you thought you already knew.
