We are very excited to announce the "Locavore Wine Dinner" in partnership with Unionville Vineyards. This six-course dinner will feature pairings of some of Unionville's best wines, and each course will feature locally-produced produce, meat, and seafood.   The dinner will be hosted by none other than the winemaker himself, Cameron Stark! Please call or contact us via email to make your reservation.
Jersey Fresh doesn't wait until tomatoes and corn to come into season, the idea behind fresh and local is almost year-long in the Garden State. Celebrate all things local as we welcome winemaker Cameron Stark from Unionville Vineyards to host A Locavore Wine Dinner! The 6 course dinner will be accompanied by six wines Cameron crafted himself, and he will tell the stories behind each. Every course will feature ingredients that are fresh, local, and organic whenever possible.
