    All will be welcome to this beautiful Center City tradition: the 98th Annual Rittenhouse Square Flower Market for Children's Charities. The signature French flower market in Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Square benefits this year's four children's health and welfare service organizations, and also provides for the maintenance and beautification of the Square.

    The always beautiful Flower Market, offering plants, flowers, outdoor food, children's games, local group performances, crafts and collectibles, is dedicated to a celebration of Mothers and their families.The colorful tents will be there Wednesday, May 9th and Thursday, May 10th, during the week immediately preceding and as a tribute to Mother’s Day.

    Another major recent addition to the Market is the Children's Resource Center in the center of the Market. Other notable, worthy nonprofits providing social and supportive services, education and recreation to at-risk Philadelphia area children will also be showcased.
